We do not use session query content to train AI models beyond generating your requested response in the current session.
Balosys uses automated processing to analyze compliance queries and generate responses through 19 specialized AI advisors. California residents may contact info@literaryworx.com regarding ADMT processing. All outputs are labeled AI-generated and subject to the AI Platform Disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
The platform is designed in compliance with TRAIGA (HB 149). The Company maintains documentation of AI system design, risk assessment, testing protocols, NIST AI RMF alignment, and incident response procedures.

Balosys is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
